Dining room floor reconstruction
The kitchen floor is in urgent need of repair. Every evening, the children do their footsoaks in the dining room, and occasional water spills have led to faster wear and tear of the flooring.
A new floor is being planned with a waterproof layer to ensure greater durability and longer life.
