Let the light in.
There are 17 windows in the entire dormitory. Out of these 17 windows, 5 are in desperate need of replacement due to various issues:
Safety Hazard: Some windows do not stay open by themselves. This poses a serious threat to children if they try to open or close them.
Broken Glass: One window has a broken pane.
Structural Damage: One window relies on brackets on the side; otherwise, the bottom sash would completely fall out.
Inoperable: One window cannot be opened at all.
